Product prices are displayed on each product page. Prices for customers in Japan are inclusive of Japanese consumption tax.

For deliveries within Japan, shipping fees are calculated based on Yamato Transport rates according to the destination and details of your order. Please refer to the Yamato Transport rate schedule for further information. The actual shipping fee applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

For international orders, shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and details of your order and will be displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

saku gan products are generally made to order, with each piece individually produced after an order is placed.

Please allow approximately 1–2 months from the date of your order for shipment.

After receiving your order, we will confirm the production schedule and notify you by email of the estimated shipping date.

The shipping date may vary depending on the production process, availability of materials, or other circumstances. If there is a significant change to the estimated shipping date originally provided, we will contact you with an update.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations, modifications, returns, or exchanges for customer-related reasons are generally not accepted once an order has been confirmed.

This includes returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, differences from expectations, or a change of preferred color.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. After reviewing the circumstances, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a return, exchange, or refund.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items for which we are responsible, we will cover the necessary return or exchange shipping costs.
